Return & Exchange Policy
At Pukhraj, we take great care in preparing, checking, and dispatching every order. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery / Only Un-Stitched.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, stains, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
Stitched & Customized Articles
Stitched articles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made-to-measure, customized, altered, or personalized articles are considered final sale.
Pukhraj will not be responsible for incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.
Once stitching or customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Sale & Discounted Items
Articles purchased during a sale, promotion, discount, clearance, or special offer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless an incorrect or defective item has been delivered.
Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be refunded or converted into cash.
Size & Preference Issues
Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart, product description, fabric details, and measurements before placing an order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for stitched articles due to size, fitting, change of mind, personal preference, or styling concerns.
For eligible unstitched articles, exchange is subject to stock availability.
Color & Product Variation
Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or display resolution. Minor variations in:
Color
Embroidery
Print placement
Fabric texture
Handwork or embellishments
will not be considered defects.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or genuinely defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Packaging details
We may request an unboxing video or additional photographs where necessary to verify the claim.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Pukhraj may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Return Shipping
For approved exchanges or returns requested by the customer, all courier/shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If Pukhraj has sent an incorrect or verified defective item, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled by Pukhraj.
Customers must use a reliable and trackable courier service when returning an article.
Pukhraj will not be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed after the returned article has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
Shipping charges, COD charges, stitching charges, customization charges, and other service charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference may be provided as store credit, subject to approval.
An exchanged item cannot be exchanged repeatedly.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Orders that have entered production, stitching, customization, or have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Final Decision
All return, exchange, damage, and refund claims are subject to inspection and approval by Pukhraj.
Pukhraj reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the article does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
By placing an order with Pukhraj, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Exchange Policy.
